Using this tool you can also Backup the complete phone with all installed application, SD data, files, folders, settings, etc in a single file on computer. If something goes wrong with the device, you can Restore it back anytime without loosing a single file. PC suite lets you Sync all contacts, notes, bookmarks, emails, calendar, etc from phone to PC, MS Office, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, etc comfortably.
It also let you get your PC and laptops online instantly by sharing mobile internet over USB. USB Drivers on other hand is also must because unless your computer finds proper drivers installed, it will not detect the phone at all, which also means you can carry out any of the above mentioned tasks. Split from quoted Yesterday my Coolpad 3622A Android mobile device quickly lost all battery power. It went to 0% and shut down. It will not re-charge when plugged into the wall charger, and it will not show up as a recognized or connected device on my laptop despite the usb cord functioning properly.

I should add, that the first time I connected the android device it did briefly show up as 'unknown device' (I was unaware that I could 'troubleshoot' the device at that point). Later, when I learned that a 'troubleshoot' on the 'unknown device' was possible, I reconnected the android device to my laptop but now it doesn't show up at all as a 'connected device' in the control panel.
Any ideas on how to solve/fix this problem? Any/all ideas appreciated. end quoted I have same situation im hoping going thru device manager helps.
